The Japanese for the first is "dokidoki shimasu ne" (Usually rendered along the lines of "It's exciting." The Russian probably got the silly translation due to the "heart-pounding" sense.)
The second line is "yoku nemuremashita ka" which is just "Did you sleep well?"
