To make sense of this: Summer Lesson is a Playstation VR thing where you play a creepy older tutor for (so far) two girls. One Hikari-chan here and the other a blonde American girl. And yeah, if you try hard enough you can look at her panties. So this is showing it from her side.

It's only creepy in that the game follows those romantic anime tropes about school girls falling for older men. Which to westerners is amazingly creepy but not to asians.

First, some Asians look younger even at 40. Second, it's not as creepy as all those stories about teachers f**king students in the western media (TomoNews for example has like one every week... most are old woman/young student though). Third, if you want to adapt the same pattern to the Western you could change the teacher/student relationship with old "pretending-to-be-entrepreneurs" managing TV stars.

Or, say, all the admirals dating destroyers in KanColle art? Unless you think there's a glut of 14-year-old admirals...
I feel there are ways to mitigate that effect, like making the destroyers a size and height that is comparable to young women and upping their maturity levels, like some artists already do.
And some clearly make them younger, (with randoseru, even,) and have admirals make moves on them, anyway. Besides, there's a fairly clear indication most of the destroyers are meant to be middle-school aged, (with light cruisers mostly high schoolers, as well,) and the Asashios in particular looking even younger than that, where you have to say it's fairly clear what the intent was. And it's not like there aren't popular adult shipgirls out there, if you pick a destroyer, you're knowingly going for the youngest ones.
