Touhou Tag Dream, this one, and Life of Maid are very close to each other in my opinion. Right below them is Gensokyo Tag Tournament - which is fairly popular but going on with too slow pace.

with over 500 pictures, Touhou Tag Dream would appear to be the most popular comic series to day though now I question if the appeal of that series stems from the story's plotline (which occasionally have it's deus ex machina moments) or is really all about the Touhou(s).
LoM and the Chibi Miku series are truly something special and greatly enjoyable despite the lack of communication within. I think all silent comics are fairly enjoyable.
Considering how, within three hours, full translations are posted, along with the regularity of comic releases, and the continuity and story of this series, I'm pretty sure it's right behind, if not at Life of Maid. Don't know about Touhou Tag Dream as I never followed that one though.
This one has to be damn high up the list. I remember with one of the pages a couple back I'd pulled it up, it had just been posted like an hour before, and there were no translations posted. The phone rang, I picked it up, got back to the page about 30 minutes later and hit refresh on a hunch and sure enough... translations had been added that fast.
So, I'd have to list this right behind LoM at the very least.
I can't pick a favorite. I like this one a lot. And Iron of Ying and Yang, Kyouno's Touhou boys and girls, Mitsumoto's Night Sparrow Love, Life of Maid, Gensokyo Post- Office and Chibi Miku. (this last one being the only non Touhou related of them...)

Take that, Captain Obvious!
Why could she talk with the human who killed her?
I wanted to hear it from the unsuspecting Youmu. And thus...That's because, you didn't kill me for real, right?
Also...
Youmu, that person is a servant known as a maid.
While she is staying here, ask her as much as possible.
If I am right, she should be able to do a lot of things.
Since then, I wanted that girl to do things which I couldn't.
After then, the parting...Izayoi-san.*Cutting sfx*So that's what she meant by living for Youmu's sake... huh?
*Cutting sfx*As for that...I heard that you have argued with Yuyuko-sama for my sake.MyonWhat's the matter?
It's nothing. What's next?
No...That's because you didn't die by chance back then...
Yuyuko-sama also told me this. With your power, you didn't die from being killed by chance.
As for your thanks... even if we argued, the result would not change.Youmu absorbed what I told her and made them her own.
